Webpage Changed

This figures listed on the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections website were changed after being posted to the WantToKnow.info site elections cover-up summary. The change happened within a month of the elections. No explanation for these major changes in data was given. The question remains as to why the numbers originally showed more ballots cast than the total number of registered voters in many precincts.
Please note that though the original webpage shows a date of November 3, 2004, we downloaded it a week after the elections. Because this information has been changed, we are providing links to both the original webpage as we downloaded it, and to the webpage in its current form.
