have been in contact with numerous survivors and several experts on the
secret CIA programs which developed mind control back in the 1950s. One
of the experts is a man named Charles Viar. Mr. Viar is the Chairman of
the Center for Intelligence Studies - http://www.centerforintelligencestudies.com
He worked for 25 years in deep intelligence (counterintelligence
to be specific), and has worked closely with top officials in both the military
and CIA. His story is quite fascinating. You can find some of it

Through various sources, I have independent verification of much of
the powerful information he has sent me.

note, however, that though we recommend this article to our readers, we
feel obliged to offer a cautionary note with regard to Section IV, paragraph
two of this essay, in which the author states that "there is no evidence
that either the CIA or the US military operationalized ARTICHOKE."
While this is true in a narrow sense - there is, in fact, no conclusive
documentary evidence proving that either the CIA or the US military has
employed ARTICHOKE in field operations - volumes of anecdotal evidence suggest
that US government agencies have used this technique in various types of
operations for several decades; and we suggest that our readers bear this
in mind while reading this otherwise excellent article.
